All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (product drops, holidays, livestream events), processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout:

Preorders
If your order contains preorder items:

Damaged Items
