No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All Sales Are Final

  • We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering the wrong item

    • Unwanted gifts

    • Pricing changes or promotional adjustments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipping.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scalpcity@theesolesource.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item only. No refunds or alternative replacements will be issued.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and randomized packs

  • Custom items or limited releases

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Digital products or gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final at checkout.
